The Plan Do Club is a women and queer-led facilitation and consulting practice specializing in strategic planning, evaluation, and organizational development. Plan Do Club supports statewide nonprofits, community-based organizations, boards of directors, coalitions, government agencies, policymakers, and philanthropy in Vermont.

Central to our work is the design and facilitation of processes for community and stakeholder engagement, team retreats, network convenings, and educational workshops.

Plan Do Club was founded in 2020 and has since served organizations and networks within the fields of public health, social and health services, mental health and addiction recovery, maternal health, equity and justice, land access, natural resources conservation, farm and food, media, democracy, and higher education.

Our team is composed of two thoughtful collaborators – Emilie Kornheiser and Drusilla Roessle –  committed to methods of planning and evaluation that unlock creativity, strengthen relational accountability practices, and deepen connection to the heart of the work.
